Biographical notes: Charles B. Keating is a Professor of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering and Director of the National Centers for System of Systems Engineering (NCSoSE) at Old Dominion University (ODU) in Norfolk, VA, USA. Before joining ODU, he served over 12 years in leadership and technical management for the US Army and private industry. He received his PhD in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University in 1993.
